How long will my order take?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

How do I track my order?

Here at artxye we want to ensure that our customers know exactly when to accept their delightful products. With this in mind, once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information via email. If it has been over 8 business days and you have not received tracking information, email us at majinyeart@gmail.com for assistance.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours. If you would like to add additional items to your order, please start a new order.

How do I change my address information?

Orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt, with such a small processing window, we are unable to change addresses once shipment information has been transmitted to our shipping carrier. Please email majinyeart@gmail.com for assistance.

How do I exchange an item?

We cannot accept returns as the items cannot be resold.
